Tracy Zheng graduated from Sun Yat-sen University and previously worked in a corporate legal affairs role at a Guangzhou-based group company for six years, handling equity disputes, contract disputes, labor disputes, and more. Through this experience, she developed a strong understanding of corporate development strategy, capital operations, HR management, and corporate compliance, and is well-positioned to offer practical advice on corporate decision-making, day-to-day operations, and compliance management.

In private practice, Tracy has built a strong track record advising medium and large enterprises on complex, high-stakes matters. Her work spans equity investment and M&A for listed companies, private placement structuring, due diligence, fund structuring, fund compliance, and legal opinion letters. She has worked across a diverse client base including Fortune 500 groups, state-owned enterprises, leading private companies, and village economic cooperatives.

Tracy also has deep experience in urban renewal, old district redevelopment, and real estate litigation, handling land acquisition, demolition and compensation, property title, property sale, and tenancy disputes. She has long served local economic cooperatives in Guangzhou on redevelopment projects, helping navigate competing stakeholder interests and keeping projects on track.
